SOFFITS
Are the part of the roof which projects out from the house wall to the bottom of the fascia board and will require constant attention and painting to avoid costly repairs. Armadas Aluminium Soffits are fitted over the original timber and eliminate the need for expensive upkeep.
Our Aluminum soffit system is made up of interlocking panels. These panels are architecturally profiled & fully vented to allow air circulation around the roof timbers, which in turn reduces the risk of condensation.
Many pvc cladding systems are only available in a humdrum flat white finish, whereas the various contours & colours in our roofline system wil enhance the character of any building.
They are virtually maintenance free, requiring only an occasional wash with warm water and are available in a range of colours.
